All the arguments for the removal of Estabrook Dam have been heard. It is time to remove this aging impediment to a quality Milwaukee River. As an outdoors person who fishes and canoes Milwaukee County's watershed frequently, I respectively urge the commission to vote to remove the Estabrook Dam. Thanks you. - David, Burlington
